All pottery pieces are handcrafted in small batches, making each one unique. Because of this, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at bellavita.bybella@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Keep the product and all original packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. Proof of purchase is required, and items must remain unused and in their original condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping courier for these issues.
